Spring 2025 Junior Staff Recruitment
After discussions between staff members, as well as a few resignations, we have come to the conclusion that recruitment is necessary.
Unlike on previous occasions, this time the need is not localized to a specific area or subject, but across the board: in short, we need people. There's no predefined number of places either.
The profiles we're looking for are active people, with about two months' seniority (or more), no disc record or a warning at most. People need to be able to drive and push a project, rather than simply validate with others. We're not necessarily looking for people with big skills, but people who want to do things.
Candidates must declare themselves on this thread before 20/03 at 00:00 (Central European Time), explaining in a few lines (we're not asking for 12 pages) their motivations and what interests them.
A voting phase from current Staff will follow.

All Staff-enacted Deletions are carried out according to the Deletions Guide.
Summary deletions result for:
- Articles with malicious intent
- Pages that are clearly unfinished.
- Attempts to "game" site procedure, such as re-posting a non-rewritten article in an attempt to get around downvotes.
- AI-generated content.
- Blatantly plagiarized material.
- An article posted outside of the current range.
If an author attempts to self-delete their work/indicates that they would like the page deleted, including either by blanking the page or renaming it, it will be deleted by Staff.
